Minimum requirements: able to work offshore, good knowledge of the English language (Bright eliminative test is given), similar experience in maintenance on oil and gas/industrial installations, preferably but not necessarily offshore. Offshore work certifications are obtained by the employer upon first mobilization if they do not exist.
